Level 5: Performance Excellence (project report submission) |

Certification of submitted project report(s) - in a format prescribed by Qimpro College - which validates that the individual has applied (Lean) Six Sigma tools and practices to specific chronic problems in an organization |

Option A - Q-Grad Level 3 with two Six Sigma project reports, where s/he was a team-member |

Option B – Q-Grad Level 4 with one Lean Six Sigma project report, where s/he was a team-member |

A Level Certification, with lifetime validity, will be awarded to candidates achieving a minimum 75% score in each examination. Q-Grad Diploma will be awarded to candidates, who successfully complete all 4 levels and defend their project report(s). |
