Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Champions follow a rigorous process for identifying, scoping and selecting projects based on rational criteria, such as maximizing ROIC and/or the potential effect on patients’ Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) issues. They are good at tracking projects and knowing when to pull the plug if one is not performing to plan.
 
Objectives
To understand the deployment of LSS in healthcare services
To understand how to set strategic goals for maximizing ROIC, CTQ issues, and process speed
To learn how to track projects
To learn how the numerator of the ROIC equation can be increased without increasing financial investment
